4 months old

At 4 months old Greyson is happy happy happy and so so sweet. Greyson smiles at everyone he meets and is such a little flirt. He loves his big sister more each day, he's just amazed by her. When he does get upset Madelyn is the best at getting him to calm right down. He's rolling over now and gets mad when he ends up on his stomach. Greyson is still a great sleeper at night. He went about a week and didn't sleep very good at night but I think that was a growth spurt because he wanted to eat all night. He's now back to sleeping from about 10pm to 6 or 7 a.m. He's been drooling like crazy and his teeth that wont pop through are driving him crazy. He's been grabbing anything he can reach and gnawing on it. At his 4 month checkup he weighed 14 lbs and 10 oz (40%) and was 26.3 inches long (90%), long and thin. He's so big now, I can't get over how fast he is growing. He nurses every 2 hours now except at night. He's wearing 6 month clothes now and size 2 diaper. We recently started using cloth diapers and I'm loving it so far, now we just have to get daddy on board.

3 months old

Our sweet boy is three months old. Greyson is such a happy baby. He has found his voice and loves to squeal and "talk". When he does get upset Madelyn will start to sing to him and he stops crying instantly, it's so sweet. He loves to be held and is still a mama's boy. At three months Greyson wears size 2 diapers, size 3 month,3-6 month and some 6 month clothes. He weighs around 12-13 pounds.  

Easter weekend

We did lots of fun things over the Easter weekend. We went to the zoo forgetting that it was good Friday and that there would be a million people there. It was the most crowded I've ever seen the zoo by far.

Madelyn got to feed the giraffes and the birds. Madelyn and Bailey argued about who was the line leader and who was going to be first- they are just a little competitive. We had a great time until it was time to leave and Madelyn pitched a fit so Spencer put her on his shoulders and she flipped out and hammer slammed him in the sides of his head repeatedly.  Good times.
Saturday we went to the country club with Mymy and Pop for lunch and an egg hunt. Madelyn and Greyson got their picture taken with the Easter bunny, Madelyn did the Easter egg hunt, made a craft and decorated cookies.

 Easter Sunday we all got up to see what the Easter bunny left. Then to got ready and went to church and then headed to Mymy and Pop's house for lunch with all the family and another egg hunt.

 After all the fun at Mymy and Pop's we headed to Grandma and Grandpa's house for dinner with Aunt Sarah and Uncle Brian.

2 months old

 Time is flying by and this sweet boy is already 2 months old. He is so so sweet and growing way too fast. Greyson is a GREAT sleeper at night. He's been going to bed between 10-10:30 and sleeps until 6 or 7. His naps during the day are all over the place and he doesnt like to nap unless he's being held. I've spent a lot of time sitting on the couch with him sleeping on my chest so not a lot has gotten done around the house but I've gotten to cuddle with my sweet boy a ton! Greyson has started smiling and laughing this month and it's just too cute. He has the most adorable smile! He's gowing so fast. He's in size 1 diaper and 3 month clothes already. At his 8 week checkup he weighed 11 pounds 1 ounce and was 22 1/2 inches long which is 50% in both height and weight. He's just perfect!

Dinos

The zoo has a new dinosaur exhibit and since Madelyn is obsessed with dinosaurs right now we took her for the members vip day before it opened to the public. The girl who loves dinosaurs ended up being scared of most the huge moving dinosaurs at the zoo.

 Madelyn was terrified of this dinosaur with the fish in his mouth and she flipped out when we tried to get a picture in front of him.

Madelyn loved these little baby 3-horns. She would have stayed and watched them all day.

Baby brother doesn't get bottles very often so Madelyn was so excited when I let her give him a bottle. She's such a good big sister!
