11 Months Old

At 11 months old Madelyn...
got her first big boo boo- a big goose egg in the middle of her forehead (she was playing before her bath and smacked her little head right on the corner of her door)
is on the go all the time
is a speed crawler
walks when holding someone's hands
gives high fives
points at everything
loves to watch the birds outside
is very ticklish
stands up in her crib
likes to chew on her crib
loves to play peek a boo
likes her books
says mama, dada, bye and hey
wears size 3 diapers
wears size 3 shoes but likes to be barefoot
wears 12 month clothes
hates being in her car seat now
loves to go shopping
claps when you say yay Madelyn
claps when she does something that she thinks deserves a yay Madelyn
laughs when we tell her no
is still a sweet perfect little angel

Swings

We took Madelyn to the swings last week when it was warm and she loved it. She had so much fun being outside and swinging.

Photo shoot

Since the weather was warm, Madelyn and I decided we needed a little photo shoot in the backyard to model our new adorable outfit. (Thanks My-myee we love it!)

I had to post this one- every time I look at it I die laughing.
We went to see daddy in his office after our photo shoot and Madelyn got so excited. I love having a fast camera to catch faces like this.

She's on the move

Madelyn has been crawling for about 2 weeks now and she's into everything.
